Lenovo Unveils New Yoga Ultrabooks and Ideapads in the Philippines

A total of 10 Lenovo Idepads and Yoga Ultrabooks will be available to consumers in the Philippines starting today. The new models consist of Idepad S130, S145, S340, S540, and C340; and for the Yoga series, there’s the S740, S940, C640, C740, and C940.

All of the new Ideapads and Yoga Ultrabooks mentioned are all under 20mm thick and weigh less than 2kg. Lenovo also updates all of the mentioned models with SSDs, making Lenovo the first brand to carry 100% modern ultrabook lineup.

At its core, all the new Ideapads and Yoga Ultrabooks will have 10th Generation Intel Core Ice Lake and Comet Lake processors which, according to Intel, are able to push 18% more instructions per clock, 16% performance gains, and enable 41% more productivity and multitasking than the previous generation.

The 10th generation Intel Core processors will also usher in a new WiFi technology called WiFi 6. This feature will give the Lenovo Ideapads and Yoga Ultrabooks access to a much higher wireless internet and local data transfer.

To even further empower consumers, Lenovo is going to bundle its premium models, such as the Yoga S940 and Ideapad S540, with a perpetual licensed Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 worth PHP 6,995.
