Globe and Turner Prepare an Awesome Surprise for Globe Subscribers

At a recent event at the Globe Iconic Store in BGC, Globe together with Turner introduce a new enhancement to the Cartoon Network ‘Watch and Play’ App.
Globe customers will soon be able to access the app using their username and password. This will open an array of value -added services to Globe customers, which will let them to livestream the channel on devices, play games and access full episodes on demand. Cartoon Network Anything – a unique micro-network that presents short-form content – will also be offered as part of the Globe app bundle.
A dedicated data wallet will be given to subscribers who will take advantage of the Cartoon Network ‘Watch and Play’ app. The data wallet will act as dedicated data for the ‘Watch and Play’ app usage. This will be available via users’ subscription plans, this means that subscribers won’t have to worry about munching up their monthly data allowance.
Globe and Turner top it all up with the announcement of a free 30-day trial of the Cartoon Network ‘Watch and Play’ app which will start this coming November. The Free access is exclusively available to Globe customers, allowing access to shows and games anytime. Cartoon Network Anything can be accessed for free via Globe Switch app that comes with a data wallet for postpaid users while prepaid customers can enjoy the app by registering to Globe GoSurf50.
The Cartoon Network Watch and Play app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices.
