REV Major 2018 to bring World Class Fighting Game Action This Weekend

REV Major, one of the biggest and most awaited fighting game event in the Philippines, will take center stage again this 2018. Organized by PlayBook Esports together with Gariath Concepts, REV Major will be held at Power Mac Center, Makati City on September 15 & 16.
REV Major will pit local stars with international pros for two days. The crowd favorite Tekken 7 is not the only fighting game to bask in the spotlight this year, because REV Major will also feature fighting game titles such as Super Smash Bros. Melee, Street Fighter V Arcade Edition, Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle and Dragon Ball Fighter Z.
Aside from the exhilarating fighting game titles, world class stars like the 2-time EVO champion Bae “Knee” Jae Min, Byeong Mun “Qudans” Son, Sang-hyun “Jeondding” Jeon and the newfound rivals of the Kemonomichi series – Yuyu and Tanukana will also be seen at the event.
The appearance of many big stars and with many big titles only mean that the REV Major is not just any fighting game tournament, for the event will also serve as a Challenger Event for the prestigious Tekken World Tour and as well as an official part of the Smash Masters League.
With that, REV Major invites local hopefuls who aim to topple the titans and represent not just the Philippines but also possibly the South East Asian region in the global Fighting Game stage.
