Oracle Cloud to Help Royal Cargo Achieve Seamless Employee Management

To streamline and focus on more important aspects of the business, Royal Cargo, one of the leaders in cargo transportation and handling, boards the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud to digitally transform their employee management strategy.

With the help of Oracle HCM Cloud service, Royal Cargo employees can now access and update personalized information specific to their individual role, experience, work content, language and information needs. With this new service, the HR team can allocate more time in enhancing and improving employee experience. Oracle HCM Cloud will also provide  real-time, remote access to a consolidated view of all HR transactions for its rapidly growing  global team.
